It's full already but I do need a large mixing bowl and this cupcake one from Debenhams will be a perfect replacement for the pink Mason Cash one that never seems to be in stock anywhere :(

And the matching utensil holder will look gorgeous in my cupcake kitchen! Also available is the matching cake stand. I hope they have more in the range when I get there!

Also getting in on the cupcake craze is Jamie Oliver with this cute mug - however, surely cupcakes are anti his war on obesity?

A couple of cute little bits from Debenhams for valentines day.

I have been meaning to get this cute little cupcake shaped sifter for a while now, but I've not been to Oxford Street since pre-Christmas and the thought of venturing up there again fills me with horror, but I know I must go get this as it matches my teapot and cookie jar!

I've already got the cupcake oven gloves, thanks to Manny, and I'm not saying oven gloves are the most romantic present but they've got cupcakes on so who can resist!

The time of year when Slade are playing 24/7 and shops are full of mince pies is fast approaching and thankfully it also means that the stores are filling up with cupcake gift ideas.

Debenhams is usually a good place to look as they have a good cupcake cookware range (or which I own most much to Manny's dismay!) and now they've added even more cupcake goodies :)

These include the cake fund money box (which I LOVE!), cupcake address book, cupcake set of mini books and cupcake writing set - there's also keyrings, pens and other bits - just go to Debenhams website and search for cupcake!

Debenhams have a 25% off sale at the moment which includes some of their cupcake range, including this set of tins which I very nearly buy every time I go into the store. However, I do think Manny's on the verge of leaving me if I try and cram much more into the kitchen and I already have some cupcake tins!

Weekend cupcake extravaganza

Well not really an extravaganza but LOTS of cupcake shopping :)

First Friday of the month is PAYDAY so I headed to Oxford Circus, and Selfridges to try and get my mother some cupcakes for Mothers Day today - however they only had the special "I heart mum" ones with a use by date of 29 Feb or 1 Mar which was no use as they had to be sent to Scotland. However I did manage to get a couple of cupcakes for myself and Manny - I just couldn't resist! Manny had a rocky road one - which had a really nice coconut base and I had a banana one with pink vanilla frosting which was lovely! Lola's are definitely in my top 3 cupcake places in the UK!!

Also on Friday I visited Primark  and got the two tea towels pictured above for a very reasonable £2!! Not only have they got cupcakes, they have pink pompoms too!!

Then a trip to Debenhams where I finally gave in and got the mini-cupcake cookie jar for £10. I would've gotten the giant one but theres no room in my kitchen as cupcake memorabilia slowly takes over! They still have quite a range of cupcake items for the kitchen in Debenhams, including a lovely "tea for one" set that I think may be my next purchase there :)

This top picture is my fabulous kitchen timer bought from Debenhams last year (not sure if they still do it but they used to do a range of cupcake kitchenware).

Second picture shows my glass chopping board by Joseph Joseph which I bought from Amazon last year - although these dont really look like cupcakes, more like Magic Cakes from Konditor and Cook which was the closest glass worktop saver I could get to cupcake at the time! Until I saw the cupcake worktop saver (third picture) which was from Robert Dyas and is huge and was the bargain price of £5.99!!!! Just seeing these things in my kitchen every day makes me smile :)
