Cupcakes perfect for bonfire night


I think these Toffee Ginger cakes with fudgy frosting sound yummy - perfect to scoff while watching a bonfire and fireworks, whilst wearing mittens!

    You know, I had two flipping jars of festering stem ginger in my cupboard for about 3 years and never knew what to do with them. Now I keep finding stuff but I don't dare buy more of it incase it just sits there again!

    Its just typical that it happens like that.
    These look quite nice actually - once I bake some chocolate ones for Manny I'll maybe give these a go!
